Thom Kostura
Thom Kostura began his studies at The Huntington School of Fine Arts, where he was awarded the Grand Prize of the 1999 Scholarship Competition. The program focused on formal studies of drawing, painting, sculpture, and critique. In 2000 he attended the University at Buffalo for a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts with concentrations in Painting and Sculpture. After graduating in 2005, he moved to East Hampton, NY where he has worked for Heather Dunn and Company as a high end decorative painter. During this time, he has been working on a series of local landscape paintings, and private commissions of landscape portraits. In 2009 he began working on a collection of fine mens accessories, made from hardwoods and sterling silver. His accessories have sold both nationally and internationally.
